Mars is hard

Out of the 39 times we've blasted some sort of rocket ship to Mars, less than half (15) have been successful.
The latest attempt, the Mars Science Laboratory, is scheduled to deposit the Curiosity rover on the surface of the red planet Sunday night.

Here's what exactly has to happen tomorrow to avoid leaving another small heap of titanium and aluminum alloys on the surface. This is crazy, I hope they can pull it off.
